Crypto Nomadic Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy (this “Policy”) between you (“Subscriber”) and Crypto Nomadic Club (the “Company”) applies to your paid, trial or other subscription (“Subscription”) to the Company’s platform and Company-sponsored events, if applicable.
The Company does not offer refunds in connection with the Company’s subscription services. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED TO A SUBSCRIBER IF A REQUEST FOR A REFUND IS MADE. THE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THE FOREGOING AND SHALL REFER TO THE COMPANY’S TERMS OF USE FOR ANY APPLICABLE REMEDY.
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, with any such changes becoming effective upon posting to the Company’s website.
Event Services
Any amount paid in connection with the Company’s provision of event services shall be deemed non-refundable.
